Project description: An important and central part of a decision support system is a dialogue action management sub system which provides the user with intelligent aids for controlling the system and effective and efficient ways to navigate through the services and information that the system can provide. A computational dialogue model focussing on use in crisis management will be developed and a system will be designed for implementation by means of a collection of collaborative software agents each specialised in one part of the problem.
